We prepare your Status Certificate and provide all required documentation. 

Our checklist provides the plan for a well organized Annual or Special General Meeting and Greenville PM will make all of the preparations and provide all of the assistance and organization necessary. Greenville PM attends all meetings of the owners, the Board, Shared Facilities Committees and other committees when requested. 

Our standard response times to communication we receive and our service-oriented staff only go part way in developing a good working relationship with all residents. We also make regular contributions to newsletters and we will assist in the preparation of Resident Manuals so that everyone can bene t from the lifestyle of your community. 

New Directors are given a binder to assist in familiarizing them about their condominium, their new role and the resources and support forms by Greenville Property Management. 

We are a registered company with CAO and work with both governing bodies on supporting residents as well as board of directors on the training manuals.

Any legal Issues raised in conjunction with resident issues will be dealt with by the corporations Property Manager and furthermore legal team accordingly and promptly with the Board of Directors consent.
