New Directors are given a binder to assist in familiarizing them about their condominium, their new role and the resources and support forms by Greenville Property Management.
We are a registered company with CAO and work with both governing bodies on supporting residents as well as board of directors on the training manuals.
Any legal Issues raised in conjunction with resident issues will be dealt with by the corporations Property Manager and furthermore legal team accordingly and promptly with the Board of Directors consent.
